Investing in our practices
We are investing in growth projects across the UK to increase surgery capacity throughout our network. Our approach involves the expansion of existing sites and full relocations. Where we are moving to brand new premises, we have chosen locations such as retail parks and high streets that offer better access through longer opening hours and good transport links. Over the next few years, we will deliver 126 of these projects in key locations across the UK, including our existing network, new orthodontic centres and the development of Advanced Oral Health Centres that have a focus on specialist treatments. Our investment includes state-of-the-art surgeries and dental equipment, spacious patient waiting areas and staff facilities as well as additional services such as, Treatment Co-ordinator rooms and scanning suites.
We are also investing across our estate through our Maintenance Refresh programme, to further support our practices. This investment focuses on the clinical and patient environment and includes internal and external decoration and furnishings, signage and facilities.
