The staff at our central Support Centre in Greater Manchester play a crucial role in keeping our nearly 600 practices across the UK running.

From IT and HR through to Facilities and Marketing teams, each member at our modern and spacious Support Centre works hard to support practice staff and clinicians in providing the highest quality care to patients nationwide.

Our hiring process

  • You’ll apply for be contacted by one of our resourcing team for one of our available Support Centre roles.
  • You’ll then be contacted by a recruiter as a potential candidate based on your CV, and will undergo a pre-screening interview with them to see if you would be a good fit.
  • Following the pre-screen interview, your details will be sent to one of our Hiring Managers, who will conduct a first stage interview with you, either face to face or via Teams call. This may be followed by a second stage interview depending on the role.
  • If you’re successful, you’ll receive a conditional offer from the recruiter. Once you’ve accepted the offer, you’ll receive your contract and onboarding documents.
  • Prior to your start date, your Hiring Manager will put together your induction, and let you know both your start date and what you’ll be doing on your first day.
