Our patients are at the heart of everything we do at {my}dentist. Our practice teams work tirelessly to ensure the safest and highest quality of care is provided to everyone who comes through our doors.


During the COVID-19 pandemic, our top priority has been – and continues to be – patient safety. We have consistently followed government guidelines in our practices, and invested time, effort, and money to ensure our practices are safe and COVID-compliant.

COVID safety measures are in place to protect both patients and staff. We ask that patients:

  • Wear a face covering in our practices
  • Attend alone where possible
  • Use hand sanitiser
  • Only attend practices in person if they have a booked appointment
  • Complete triage questions prior to appointments to confirm they do not have any symptoms
  • Respect social distancing

Wherever possible, temperature readings are taken by staff and contactless payments are taken.
